VEAL SIZZLE STEAK
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat a tablespoon of oil on a fry pan over low to medium heat.
- Add sizzle steak and cook for 2 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
- Lightly season with salt and pepper before serving.

VEAL SCOTCH FILLET
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat fry pan / BBQ to a medium-high heat.
- Brush the veal fillet with oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes each side for rare, 4-5 minutes each side for medium, and 5-6 minutes each side for well-done. Turn only once.
- Transfer to a plate, cover with foil and set aside for 3-5 minutes to rest. This ensures the veal fillet is tender.
